Product Specifications & Natural Materials: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, textures, finishes, and dimensions of our wall panels, acoustic slatted wood panels, and cladding products. However, because display monitors vary and wood/composite materials feature natural grain, texture, and color variations, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% exact.
Sample Swatches: We strongly encourage customers to order Wallforma sample swatch kits prior to placing large-scale commercial or residential orders.
Site Information: The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making structural building decisions without consulting official technical specifications, architects, or certified installers.

5. Modifications to Products, Pricing, and Services

Price Adjustments: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Product Availability: We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product line, panel size, or service offering without notice.
Trade & Bulk Quotes: Written quotes issued by Wallforma for custom orders, trade accounts, or commercial projects are valid for the timeframe specified on the quotation document (typically 30 days).

6. Orders, Billing, and Account Accuracy

Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order (including trade orders).
Order Corrections: In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email, billing address, or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Account Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers/expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

7. Shipping, Delivery & Lead Times (5 to 7 Weeks)

Due to specialized manufacturing, protective pallet packaging, and oversized freight transport required for architectural wall panel products:

Estimated Transit Time: Orders placed on wallforma.com.au are subject to an estimated shipping and delivery timeframe of 5 to 7 weeks from the date of dispatch confirmation.
Curbside Freight Unloading: Deliveries are made on a Curbside / Tailgate basis. Freight courier drivers will unload packages to ground level at your driveway or loading area. Drivers are not permitted to carry heavy crates or cartons inside buildings or up stairs.
Delivery Inspection: Upon receiving your freight shipment, you must inspect all external boxes for damage prior to signing the delivery docket. Any transit damages must be reported to Wallforma within 7 calendar days of delivery.

8. Third-Party Links & Optional Tools

Installation Responsibility: Wallforma is a product supplier and is not liable for installation labor costs, improper site preparation, structural modifications, or failure to comply with local Australian building codes and trade installation standards.
